मूरख को समुझावते, ज्ञान गाँठि का जाय ।
कोयला होय न ऊजला, सौ मन साबुन लाय ॥

Explain to a fool and your own knowledge goes to waste. Coal does not turn white, even with a hundred measures of soap.
