Dhammapada 160
अत्ता हि अत्तनो नाथो, को हि नाथो परो सिया; अत्तना हि सुदन्तेन, नाथं लभति दुल्लभं.
Meaning · English
You are your own refuge; no one else can be. When you have tamed yourself, you have found a refuge that is hard to find.

आदमी अपना सहारा खुद है, दूसरा कौन हो सकता है। अपने को साध लो तो वह सहारा मिलता है जो बहुत मुश्किल से मिलता है।
