A Hundred Thousand Thoughts

सोचै सोचि न होवई जे सोची लख वार ॥
चुपै चुप न होवई जे लाइ रहा लिव तार ॥
Meaning · English
Thinking it over a hundred thousand times will not make you pure. Keeping your mouth shut, however long, will not make you quiet inside.

लाख बार सोचने से भी मन पवित्र नहीं होता। लगातार चुप बैठे रहने से भी भीतर की चुप्पी नहीं आती।
