Air Is the Teacher

पवणु गुरू पाणी पिता माता धरति महतु ॥
दिवसु राति दुइ दाई दाइआ खेलै सगल जगतु ॥

Air is the teacher, water the father, earth the great mother. Day and night are the two nurses, and the whole world plays in their lap.
