स्तुतिमिमां स्तिमितः सुसमाधिना नियमतो यमतोनुदिनं पठेत् । परमया रमया स निषेव्यते परिजनोऽरिजनोऽपि च तं भजेत्
Meaning · English
Whoever reads this hymn each day, still and collected, keeping to rule and restraint, is attended by the highest fortune; their own people, and even their enemies, honor them.
The hymn closes by speaking about its own reading. First it says how the reading is done: sitting still, mind gathered, keeping a rule, holding back from what scatters, every single day. Then it says what follows. The highest fortune, named with a word that is also a name of the goddess of plenty, comes to wait on that reader. And the people around them, their own circle and even those set against them, come to treat them with honor.
Picture a lamp set in the same window every evening, lit at the same hour. Over months the whole lane comes to know that house by it, and even the neighbor who quarrels with the family nods when passing. In the hymn, the daily quiet reading works like that lamp: steadiness draws fortune, and regard from friend and rival alike.

जो कोई प्रतिदिन शांत और एकाग्र होकर, नियम और संयम का पालन करते हुए इस स्तोत्र का पाठ करता है, परम सौभाग्य उसकी सेवा में रहता है, और उसके अपने लोग ही नहीं, उसके शत्रु भी उसका सम्मान करते हैं।
स्तोत्र अपने ही पाठ की बात करते हुए समाप्त होता है। पहले वह बताता है कि पाठ कैसे किया जाए: स्थिर बैठकर, मन को समेटकर, नियम निभाते हुए, जो कुछ मन को बिखेरता है उससे बचते हुए, हर एक दिन। फिर वह बताता है कि इसका फल क्या होता है। परम सौभाग्य, जिसके लिए ऐसा शब्द आया है जो धन-धान्य की देवी का भी एक नाम है, उस पाठक की सेवा में आ जाता है। और उसके आसपास के लोग, उसके अपने और उसके विरोधी भी, उसे आदर देने लगते हैं।
एक दीपक की कल्पना कीजिए जो हर शाम एक ही खिड़की में रखा जाता है और एक ही समय पर जलाया जाता है। महीनों में पूरी गली उस घर को उसी दीपक से पहचानने लगती है, और परिवार से झगड़ने वाला पड़ोसी भी पास से गुज़रते हुए सिर हिलाकर अभिवादन करता है। स्तोत्र में प्रतिदिन का शांत पाठ उसी दीपक की तरह काम करता है: स्थिरता सौभाग्य को खींच लाती है, और मित्र तथा प्रतिद्वंद्वी दोनों का आदर भी।
