ऊँचे बैठे ना लहैं, गुन बिन बडपन कोइ।
बैठो देवल सिखर पर, बायस गरुड न होइ

No one becomes great just by sitting high. A crow sitting on top of a temple does not turn into a Garuda.

सिर्फ़ ऊँची जगह बैठने से कोई बड़ा नहीं हो जाता। मंदिर की चोटी पर बैठने से कौआ गरुड़ नहीं बन जाता।
