अति हठ मत कर हठ बढे, बात न करिहै कोय।
ज्यौं-ज्यौं भीजै कामरी, त्यौं-त्यौं भारी होय

Do not be too stubborn. The more stubborn you get, the fewer will speak to you. A wet blanket gets heavier the longer it soaks.
