Meaning · English
Those who seek the Self through discipline, restraint, faith, and knowledge reach the sun. This safe, fearless place is the end; they do not return.
There is a way out of the cycle of rebirth. While some paths lead back to earth, this specific route leads to a state of permanence. It is achieved not through ritual gifts, but through inner work: self-discipline, a focused life, trust, and direct understanding. This destination is described as a sanctuary where fear disappears and the need to be born again ceases.
A door that locks behind you once you pass through it. You are no longer in the hallway where you had to pace back and forth. You have entered a room where you can finally sit down and stay, knowing the door is closed to the old cycle.
