Meaning · English
Life energy comes from the Self. It covers the body like a shadow follows a person. The mind's intentions bring it into this physical form.
The vital force that powers the body originates from the core essence of being. It is not a separate thing, but is spread out over that essence the way a shadow falls on a person. While the essence is the source, the mind acts as the active agent. The mind's patterns and desires are what actually pull this energy into a physical body to begin a life.
Think of a movie projector. The light is the source, but the film strip provides the specific images that appear on the screen. Here, the Self is the light and the mind is the film strip, determining exactly how the life force is projected into a physical body.
