Meaning · English

In sleep, the mind experiences its own vastness. It revisits everything it has seen, heard, and felt, as well as things it has not.

The mind acts as a witness that stores every single impression. During sleep, it is no longer limited by the physical body. It plays back memories of places visited and sounds heard. More surprisingly, it accesses a wider field of existence. It sees things that were never consciously perceived while awake, because in this state, the mind expands to encompass everything.

A movie projector running in a dark theater. The film is a reel of every single frame the camera ever captured, even the shots that were cut from the final edit. The mind is the light that brings these hidden and remembered images back to life on the screen of sleep.
