Meaning · English
He produced life-force, and from that came faith, space, air, light, water, earth, the senses, mind, and food. From food came energy, austerity, chants, action, the worlds, and, in the worlds, name.
Everything we experience is a chain of emergence. It begins with the inner Person, who first sends forth the vital breath. From that breath come faith, the physical elements, the senses, and the mind. Once food exists, it generates a secondary layer of human capacity: physical strength, disciplined effort, sacred speech, and outward activity, and then the worlds, and name within the worlds. This sequence describes how the physical universe and the human identity are built, layer by layer, starting from that one Person.
Consider a tree. The root is the first spark. The trunk, branches, and leaves grow from that root. Then, the fruits and seeds emerge from the leaves. The root is the source, but the fruit is the final result. This mirrors how life-force produces the body, which then produces action and identity.
